Job Title: National Touring Operations Lead | Site, Logistics & Crew

Location: Hamilton-based (Nationwide travel Oct–Apr)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent (or Seasonal Contract)
Salary: Competitive base salary + tour allowances (Travel and accommodation covered)
Lead the national tour for The Ninja Run, New Zealand’s largest travelling inflatable obstacle course. As our site operations anchor, you will run the physical builds, pack-downs, and logistics across every event stop nationwide.
What You’ll Do
* Site Builds & Logistics: Oversee obstacle setup, power, site layout, load-in/out, and gear transit.
* Crew Leadership: Direct a 15-person touring crew and coordinate 50+ local venue volunteers per event.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main onsite contact for stadium managers and council teams.
* Safety & Operations: Champion site safety protocols, conduct daily crew briefings, and maintain site standards.
Who We’re Looking For
We care about practical leadership, grit, and site execution over event experience. This role is ideal if you come from:
* Civil construction, scaffolding, or site supervisor roles
* Logistics, freight, or warehouse management
* Adventure tourism, outdoor recreation, or NZDF / military leadership
What You Need
* Proven experience leading hands-on teams to hit tight operational deadlines.
* Full NZ Driver’s Licence.
* Full availability for national travel during the touring season (Oct–Apr).
* Forklift licence and First Aid Certificate preferred (training can be provided for the right person).
